What itinerary information is stored?
The online builder stores the trip name, destinations, dates, days, and activities in your browser's local storage so your work remains available when you move to another page and return on the same browser. That itinerary content is not submitted to our server by the builder. Clearing site data, using private browsing, changing browsers, or changing devices may remove or hide the saved plan.
What technical and analytics data may be collected?
We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate site usage and improve page performance. Depending on the service configuration and your browser, technical information such as page views, referring pages, device or browser category, country-level location, and performance data may be processed by our hosting or analytics provider. We do not use the itinerary builder to attach the plan you type to an advertising profile.
What happens when you contact us?
If you email us, we receive the address and information you choose to include. We use it to answer your message, investigate a problem, or consider a template request. Please avoid sending passport numbers, payment details, medical records, or other sensitive personal information.
Downloads, external links, and your choices
Downloaded template files are saved using your browser and device settings. Our pages may link to official travel authorities or third-party document services; their privacy practices apply when you visit them. You can remove a saved itinerary through your browser's site-data controls, limit analytics with supported browser privacy tools, or use the site without contacting us.
How can you ask a privacy question?
Email hello@travelitinerarytemplate.org or use our contact information page. We may update this policy when site features or providers change, and the date above identifies the current version.
